DALTOPED®

DALTOPED® is a polyol which it is one component in polyurethane (PU). Polyurethan has two base which are Polyester systems and polyether system are characterized by superior strength and abrasion resistance whereas those based on polyether have an inherent resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack making them ideal for many midsole applications as well as unit soles and sockliners. Huntsman has both polyester and polyether base.
