SUPRASEC

SUPRASEC is methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) which it is one component in poly urethane. Huntsman supplies both polyester and polyether base (two base of polyurethane). Polyester systems are characterized by superior strength and abrasion resistance. Polyether systems on the other hand have an inherent resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack making them ideally suited to many midsole applications as well as unit soles and sockliners.
