TPEs are materials that have mechanical properties similar to rubber but it can be processed by methods designed for standard thermoplastics such as extrusion and injection molding. They can be recycled much more easily and efficiently. There are varieties types of TPE such as SEBS, SBS, SEBS/SBS, TPO, TPV, TPU and TPEE.

Advantage of TPE :

Board hardness range (10 ShoreA – 70 ShoreD).
Excellent touch feeling can be used to replace conventional rubber and silicone.
They are conforming to FDA ,RoHS and REACH.
The main application is moulding with other types of plastic such as PE, PP, GPPS, HIPS, ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PETG and etc.
