



Bynel® is an adhesive resin gives manufacturers powerful solutions for multi-layer adhesion needs. It is used as a tie layer, creating a strong bond between dissimilar materials in thermoform able sheets, films, and non-packaging uses such as piping and building panels. There are various bases of polymersthat include different chemistriesfor servingwide range material. It designed easy to process such as co-extrusion for multilayer or blended in extrusion process.
Provides :
- Excellent adhesion strength with different materials such as polar/non polar polymer lamination or coating process
- Good compatibility with polar and non polar polymer such as PE, PP, EVA, EVOH, Nylon, PS, Polyester and Ionomer
- Enhance printing ability

- Tie layer for polyolefin and barrier layer such as
PE/EVOH, PE/Al-foil, PP/EVA
- Tie layer for aluminum panel composites
- Adhesive layer fordissimilar materials
