Elvaloy AC

Elvaloy AC a family of acrylate copolymer resins (ethylene butyl-, ethyl-, and methyl-acrylates) that can be processed easily on conventional equipment which are extrusion, thermoforming and injection process. Highly compatible with engineering plastic and polyolefin. These EBA, EEA and EMA resins easily bond to various polar and non-polar substrates.

Elvaloy® AC provides :

• Ethylene acrylate copolymers have very low glass transition temperatures (Tg<-35°C)
• High impact strength (Room and low temperature)

• Excellent thermal stability (decomposition temperature is 310 degree C)
• Excellent compatible with ABS, HIPS, PA, PBT, PC, PE and PP
• Good melt strength

Application :

• Impact modifier for ABS, HIPS, PBT, PP and PE
• Increasing the low-temperature toughnessof polyester such as PET and PBT
• Compatibilizer for polymer blends
• Improving adhesion between polar and non-polar materials
• Masterbacth high concentrate carrier (filler, flame retardant, pigment, anti- blocking agent, UV stabilizer etc.)
